About Our Forest School

Welcome to our Forest School in South Devon, a sanctuary where the wisdom of the earth and the wonders of the wild come together to nurture the curious spirit. Here, young wildlings embark on a journey of discovery, learning traditional crafts and ancient rituals that have been passed down through generations. As they craft with their hands and listen to the whispers of the trees, they cultivate not only their understanding of the gardens around them but also the gardens within. In this place, we grow together—exploring the secrets of the forest, deepening our connection to the land, and fostering the resilience to cure the curiosities that spark within our hearts. It is a world where imagination, reverence, and creativity intertwine, offering a future rooted in harmony, knowledge, and wonder.

Forest School Tribe
Our Forest School tribe is a close-knit community of passionate learners and skilled guides, led by Level 3 qualified leaders who are dedicated to fostering a deep, meaningful connection with nature. Together, we nurture each individual’s growth, offering a safe, supportive environment for exploration and discovery. Joining us on this journey is Orpheus, our fully qualified therapy dog, whose gentle presence brings comfort and companionship to all who wander our forest paths. Our outdoor classroom, Babushka, is a cozy, open space nestled in the heart of nature, where creativity, collaboration, and curiosity bloom. Here, surrounded by towering trees and the chorus of the wild, we learn to listen, to craft, and to grow, guided by the rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of our tribe.
